a long time arguement has been whether race is a predeterminate of jail. are black people more inclined to go to jail because they are black. this website is benefitual to show the ratio of the races and the repetitiveness of the repeat offenders.

supreme court upholds arizona law
I am hugely in support for this. Being a supporter of immigration and legal immigration this makes me smile. I personally feel that immigration is a good thing because thousands of people come over to this country legally and flourish and yet tens of thousands come across the borders and become a drain on this economy taking away jobs from hard working americans of all colors and useing the services we offer; food stamps, section 8, and jps. So with this bill, it will only make it harder for illegial immigrants to come over because there will no longer be an income.

I can see how this would be very usefull in border crossings to help prevent against illegial immigration and in ATFP(anit-terriorisom force protection) But as the article says that it could and is being used in cop cars driving past vehicles. So where do we draw the line? if you drive past a car with something in it, then how do we not say that whatever the car was pulled over was frivilious? When does this become a violation of the 4th amendment? when does probable cause go out the window?
